Eligibility

New Hire: Once a new employee reaches 90 days of employment you become eligible to enroll in our 401k plan. Our employer match is 50% of the first 3% also calculates to1.5%. An employee can process rollovers prior to the 90 days. At the 90 days, you are able to choose a contribution right on the website and it will take 1-2 pay periods before the change happens on payroll. Changing Contribution Amounts

This can be done right on the homepage of your Lincoln Financial account. You are able to use the calculator to determine the amount and how it will affect your weekly pay before choosing a percentage. Please note that once you commit to a percentage and make the change it will be approx. 30 mins before you are able to change it again. The change will take approx. 1-2 payroll periods before you are able to see the difference on your check stub through Paychex.

Distributions

Please fill out the Distribution Form and send back to payroll@driscollfoods.com so that we can get a Plan Sponsor signature. Payroll will submit for processing. Please note this will take 7-10 business days before the distribution is made and an ACH is deposited or check mailed out to you.

Loans

Please fill out the Loan Full Service Form and send back to payroll@driscollfoods.com so that we can get a Plan Sponsor signature. Payroll will submit for processing. Please note this will take 7-10 business days before the loan is made and an ACH is deposited or check mailed out to you. Please also view the Loan Procedures Document for our Plan and note there is a loan processing fee.
